Marketing Executive – Educational Travel

We are working with an award-winning specialist tour operator who create tailor-made school trip programmes to select destinations all over the world. They are a leader in the school travel industry In their fabulous offices in Dorking, their team includes experienced ex-teachers and travel specialists and due to growth they are looking for a Marketing Executive.

Marketing Executive – What will I be doing ?

• You will support the Marketing Manager to deliver all marketing initiatives including both online and offline activities. This fast-paced, dynamic role will include planning, creating and implementing brand campaigns across the full marketing mix.
• Write copy, select images schedule and deploy timely email newsletter to drive enquiries and communicate with customers.
• Create social media posts. Monitor and report on social media activity.
• Ensure website content is up to date, accurate and engaging.
• Prepare content for all customer communications, liaising with designers, printers and third party agencies.
• Oversee publication production ensuring deadlines are met within set budget.
• Liaise with key partners to develop successful marketing campaigns throughout the educational year.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to define and execute CRM strategy

 
Marketing Executive – What experience do I need?

• You will need to have some experience of working in a similar Marketing Executive role 
• Do you have a love for travel, different cultures and experiences?  Do you have proven experience of email marketing, excellent copy writing skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines? 
• You will also need the ability to interpret and report Social Media Analytics, email marketing experience and proficiency with social media platforms and management tools. 

 
Marketing Executive – What else do I need to know?

The hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm.  They offer flexible hybrid working, with part of your week at their wonderful Dorking office and the remainder worked remotely.  Holiday is 23 days rising to 29 days with length of service, a health cash plan, pension, discounted travel, fam trips, well-being treatments at discounted prices, social events and ongoing training and personal development.
