What Will I Be Doing?
As a Sales Consultant, you'll be the key link between the client and their unforgettable travel experience. You'll be:
* Developing new business and managing existing accounts
* Creating bespoke travel proposals that meet the specific needs of schools, colleges, and sports groups
* Accurately costing trips using internal systems and managing budgets
* Working closely with internal departments to coordinate transport, accommodation, and activities
* Building long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
* Delivering excellent customer service throughout the booking process and beyond

What Experience Do I Need?
You might have previous experience in sales, customer service, or travel - or you might be a recent graduate with a passion for travel and a real hunger to learn and succeed. What's most important is that you're:
* Confident communicating with clients by phone and email
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
* Comfortable using IT systems and learning new tools (CRM experience is a bonus)
* Commercially aware and able to work towards targets
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player
* Interested in educational or sports travel, and excited by the idea of helping shape meaningful experiences for young people
* Open to occasional travel as part of the role
