About the Role
Our client specialises in managing travel for high-profile individuals and touring professionals in the music industry. From luxury arrangements for headline acts to cost-effective solutions for production teams, they ensure smooth and efficient travel logistics.In this role, you will be responsible for handling urgent out-of-hours travel requests, last-minute itinerary changes, and ongoing travel management. This is a fast-paced position that requires quick thinking, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of entertainment industry travel needs.
There is an immediate need for individuals available to work 6am - 8pm on Saturdays and Sundays, with part of these hours being core working hours and part on-call. However, we are also keen to hear from candidates who are available to work outside of normal working hours.
Key Responsibilities
Manage urgent after-hours travel requests for artists, touring crews, and VIP clients.
Coordinate flights, accommodation, and ground transport-ranging from private jets to budget airlines.
Handle itinerary adjustments, last-minute bookings, and unexpected travel challenges.
Ensure smooth travel logistics for global tours, festivals, and productions.
Anticipate and address potential travel disruptions with proactive solutions.
Provide high-quality customer service in a high-pressure environment.
Use Galileo GDS to manage bookings, fare calculations, and itinerary modifications.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in travel coordination, with at least 2 years in entertainment, sports, luxury, or VIP travel.
Strong proficiency in GDS systems (Galileo preferred) for booking management.
Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the industry.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
