This well-established travel business is looking for someone to join their Finance team to provide an efficient service, ensuring that all accounts payable ledgers are accurately maintained.

Accounts Payables Assistant - What will I be doing?

Allocate all payments correctly to invoices/supplier accounts
Reconcile the Accounts Payable ledgers ensuring any discrepancies are investigated by liaising with suppliers
Assist with multi-currency payments
Prepare monthly supplier statement reconciliations
Assisting in the continued development and streamlining of the AP function

Accounts Payables Assistant - What experience do I need?

Be passionate, analytical and detail-oriented
Solid communication skills including a professional telephone manner
Excellent time management and organisational skills enabling efficient multitasking and prioritisation
Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy with meticulous attention to detail
Able to work in busy environment, handling high volume accounts
Previous experience of Purchase Ledger/Accounts payable desirable
Confident with use of Excel desirable
