Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - What Will I be doing ?

• You will be answering calls out of standard hours to deal with urgent or emergency queries from clients
• Process client travel requests within SLAs, adhering to policies and profiles.
• Maximize profitability through sourcing NETT fares and upselling ancillaries.
• Exceed client expectations by identifying opportunities for enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to resolve issues and provide proactive solutions.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - What experience do I need ?

• Due to the nature of work and hours it is essential that you have previous experience as a Senior Business Travel Consultant.
• You must have knowledge of fares, ticketing, and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with Galileo is desirable but other GDS will be considered.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with attention to detail.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - What else do I need to know?

This is a unique working pattern. You will effectively be on call for all your shifts but never needed to be sat at your desk working unless there is a need for your services as it is out of hours. Your shifts will run from Monday 5.30pm through until 8am the next morning and you will work one whole week on and one whole week off. You will work every other weekend. So you will be on call at night but rarely contacted in the middle of the night - evenings and 6am - 8am can be busy. You will then have an entire week off. So you will not ever be working during the day during the week. You can be based anywhere in the UK but Scotland is preferable. The team are lovely and supportive and super friendly.
