This award-winning operator who specialises in the exciting area of Adventure Travel are looking for people to join them who can give a terrific end to end service to their customers when they are booking their trips.

Travel Consultant / Customer Service Consultant - What will I be doing?

You will be using your first-hand experience of travelling to long haul destinations across the globe to sell the right product to their customers.
You will be booking flights and tours for customers over the phone as well as any additional relevant services to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience.
You will be working to sales targets and be aiming to convert all relevant enquiries into bookings whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service at all times.

Travel Consultant / Customer Service Consultant - What Experience do I need?

Our client is really flexible on the background of the people that join them, but you must be exceptionally customer service focused with a real positive energy and passion for what they do. Ideally you will be well travelled.
Your communication skills will be second to none, you will be enthusiastic, positive and articulate.
Perhaps you have just completed your degree and have been lucky enough to also do lots of travelling?
Perhaps you have worked in a call centre or sales role previously with a real passion for adventure travel?
If you have what it takes to inspire their customers, they want to hear from you.

Travel Consultant / Customer Service Consultant - What else do I need to know?

Salary is £23k plus bonus and commission OTE- £26k - £29k plus.

They will also consider someone working 0.8 of a week.
