SEO Manager
Our client is actively seeking an experienced SEO Manager to drive organic growth and elevate the search engine visibility of their reputable travel brands. As an integral part of the in-house marketing team, the SEO Manager will collaborate seamlessly across marketing channels, product teams, and an external digital agency.
SEO Manager - What You'll Be Doing
- Strategy Development: Craft and implement brand-specific strategies to boost search rankings, expand organic reach, and drive qualified web traffic, ultimately increasing leads, bookings, and revenue.
- Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct ongoing research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities. Optimize new and existing website content based on acquired insights.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including content editors, copywriters, and product specialists, to recommend and implement optimization opportunities. Review new page content prior to publication.
- Campaign Management: Collaborate with the digital agency to initiate, manage, and deliver SEO PR/outreach campaigns. Oversee technical SEO improvements in collaboration with the digital agency and ecommerce team.
- Training Sessions: Conduct regular training sessions to share knowledge and ensure adherence to key SEO principles and best practices.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest trends, algorithm changes, and SEO best practices. Adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough competitor and market analysis to identify industry trends. Share insights and opportunities with key stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyse website performance, providing actionable insights. Ensure consistent brand tone of voice across all content.
SEO Manager What Experience Do You Need?
- Proven SEO Expertise: Demonstrated experience as an SEO specialist with a blend of on-page and technical expertise.
- Best Practices: Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, seamlessly implemented alongside a brand and customer experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using SEO tools and analytics platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data, make data-driven decisions, and provide actionable insights.
SEO Manager - What else do I need to know ?
This role is either a hybrid role at their offices in Hampshire or can be worked full remotely if you are happy to work in the office one day a month. Our client is open to discussions on working hours, prioritizing output over specific timings.
