Head of Travel
Our client, a Media and Marketing Communications Agency specialising in luxury travel and lifestyle, is seeking an experienced Head of Travel to be the driving force behind their travel division. If you have a minimum of 5 years' agency or in-house experience and a passion for luxury travel, this is your chance to lead and shape the future of travel marketing within our client's organisation.
Head of Travel - What You Will Be Doing:
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute strategic plans for the travel division, ensuring alignment with the agency's overall objectives.
- Media and Partner Relations: Leverage your extensive network for strategic networking, fostering collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Creative Leadership: Lead their small team in strategic and creative planning for their prestigious client base, demonstrating exceptional copywriting skills.
- Team Management: Manage and inspire a team of enthusiastic professionals, nurturing talent and ensuring client success.
- Portfolio Growth: Help to proactively shape and grow the travel client portfolio, seizing new business opportunities.
- Global Presence: Embrace international travel opportunities, adding an exciting dimension to your role.
Head of Travel - What Experience Do I Need:
- You must have a minimum 5 years of agency (public relations, marketing, communications) or in-house experience in a relevant role.
- Perhaps you have been a Senior Account Manager or Account Director and are looking for that next step up.
- Proven success in developing and implementing strategic communication plans in the luxury travel sector.
- Extensive network of media and partner contacts for effective collaboration.
- Understanding of the digital landscape, including social media, SEO, and PPC.
- Demonstrated experience in successful collaborations and brand partnerships.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a strategic and creative mindset.
- Languages are advantageous, enhancing their ability to connect with a diverse range of clients and partners.
Head of Travel - What Else Do I Need to Know:
This is a full-time office-based role in central London, requiring a minimum of 4 days in the office each week.
