This growing business who specialise in sporting activities for Pre School Children are looking for an extra pair of hands in their Accounts Department to assist the Finance Manager.

Part Time Accounts Assistant - What will I be doing?

This role will involve:

• Bank reconciliation
• Monthly Payroll
• Sales & Purchase Invoices
• Paying Suppliers
• Credit Control
• Checking reports match

Part Time Accounts Assistant - What experience do I need?

• It is essential that you have worked as an accounts assistant previously and that you have an excellent knowledge of Sage and Excel.

Part Time Accounts Assistant - What else do I need to know?

This role is new to the business and is offered on a 3-month fixed term contract to begin with but is likely to becoming a permanent role. The hours will be between 10 - 15 a week and will be worked across 2 to 3 mornings a week maximum. The pay is dependant on experience and will be £14 - £17ph. The role is office based in some wonderfully spacious and scenic offices in Reigate with free parking. The team are friendly and good fun.
