Our client has been crafting tailormade luxury holidays for over 40 years - they have an outstanding reputation and a passionate team who really care about what they do. They are looking for a Product Manager to work closely with the Head of Commercial to plan, develop, and deliver a range of quality products across Europe and the Caribbean and to negotiate the very best commercial terms.

Product Manager - What will I be doing?

• Craft and implement product strategy with the Head of Commercial.
• Manage ground supplier contracts and negotiate strong commercial terms with some involvement with air where relevant.
• Oversee brochure creation, proofreading, and sign-off.
• Analysis of destination sales and trends for future strategy.
• Proactively source special offers through strong supplier relationships.
• Enhance systems and processes for efficiency.
• Contribute to new product development
• Training of consultants on the Product

Product Manager - What Experience do I need ?

• Ideally you will have a solid product knowledge in Luxury Europe/Caribbean beach holidays
• Proven experience as a Product or Contracting Manager in a tour operator is essential.
• Your strengths will be in building long term relationships with suppliers
• You will be numerate, analytical, and organised with strong negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of crisis management procedures
• Excellent budgetary and forecasting skills

Product Manager - What else do I need to know?

This role is a full time position working 2 days a week in their wonderful modern offices in London and 3 days from home Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm.
