Agency Sales Support - What Will I be doing?
- You will play a pivotal role in their Trade Sales team, ensuring sustained support and growth in their agency business. This role involves acting as a vital link between the on-the-road team and internal departments, providing essential support to trade partners.
- You will be building strong rapport with agency partners through consistent communication.
- Managing agency sales queries via email, phone, and social media.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the creation of campaign assets supporting agency partners.
- Distributing sales and marketing assets to trade partners.
- Communicating dedicated trade campaigns to internal departments.
- Keeping the agent marketing suite updated with relevant campaigns, images, video content, and POS material.
- Ensuring regular and relevant content is posted on their Agents FB group and other social channels.
- Managing stock and fulfilling agent brochure requests.
- Organising trade events and FAM trips.
- Representing our client at events, conferences, and FAM trips in the UK and overseas.
Agency Sales Support - What experience do I need?
- We are looking for someone with a background in travel agency/trade sales.
- Knowledge of the adventure travel sector.
- Independent thinker and team player.
- Proven record of working to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and various social media platforms.
- Comfortable with in-person and online presentations.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Positive, fun, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
