Supplier Relations Executive - £22,000 - £24,000 - East Sussex
Working for a travel industry leader in their field as a Supplier Relations Executive you will be the main point of contact for key supplier partners to ensure all aspects are managed effectively. You will be their key contact and act as the voice of supplier partners back into the business, helping to understand challenges and improve the overall support provided. You will be allocated specific partners and be responsible for their delivery, working with them on any issues that arise. In some instances, this will involve supporting them in person in destination, helping manage their challenges on the ground.
Supplier Relations Executive - What will I be doing?
Supporting all aspects of booking query management
Frequent performance reviews of your allocated partners to ensure they perform within their contracted Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Regular meetings with key business stakeholders to enhance the support provided to supplier partners
Capture feedback and liaise with other teams within the business to improve operational performance
Supplier Relations Executive - What experience do I need?Previous experience in the travel industry would be advantageous but not essential
Proven experience of maintaining client relationships
Excellent customer service skills.
Good organisational and communication skills
