Sales Team Leader - What will I be doing ?
As the Sales Team Leader, you will lead a team of 8-12 sales / travel consultants, ensuring exceptional customer service aligned with business goals. Your focus will be on motivating the team, meeting KPIs, and enhancing the overall customer sales experience.
- Manage day-to-day workflow for efficient customer service.
- Coach and support team members, driving performance improvement.
- Monitor and achieve sales and service KPIs.
- Foster a collaborative team culture and implement training plans.
- Stay informed on industry competitors and promote unique selling points.
- Handle challenging customer situations and support recruitment.
Sales Team Leader - What experience do I need?
- Sales experience with a travel company or a call centre with proven people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High-level customer service delivery experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain positive.
