This exciting role, working for a most reputable Tour Operator, focuses on enhancing our client's CRM capabilities and supporting broader marketing efforts. You'll prioritise customer-centric decision-making, develop a deep understanding of the customer journey, and implement strategies for personalized, engaging, and timely communications.
Senior CRM Executive - What will I be doing ?
- CRM Strategy: Lead CRM strategy to expand our client's database and boost conversions from prospects and existing customers.
- Collaboration: Ensure a seamless customer journey across all channels in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Database Growth: Take charge of database growth by capturing customer information and marketing permissions.
- Lead Generation: Develop tools like competitions and guides to acquire new database entries.
- Retention and Loyalty: Support the development of customer retention and loyalty strategies.
- Data Analysis: Analyse customer data to inform improvements to the customer journey.
- Customer Portal and App: Contribute to the strategy for customer portals and mobile apps.
Senior CRM Executive - What experience do I need?
- Proven CRM experience in a B2C context with a focus on complex customer journeys.
- Strong storytelling skills, particularly in travel and luxury experiences.
- Proficiency in data, technology, and analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zoho.
- Email campaign experience within an ESP platform.
- Expertise in email automation and best practices.
- Excelent collaboration and communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional written English with creative copywriting abilities.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience and ranges from £28k - £35k. It is a hybrid role with 2 days in their fabulous office in Surrey.
