Guest Services Coordinator
This is a great role for someone who loves working with a luxury product as this is arguably one of the most luxurious brands within the travel industry.Guest Services Coordinator - What Will I be doing ?
- You will be taking incoming calls from direct guests and travel agents to assist in booking cruises.
- You will be liaising with suppliers regarding land and air arrangements.
- You will be assisting customers with any enquiries throughout the booking process giving exceptional service.
- You will be working with the whole team across the business to ensure the booking process runs smoothly for the client.
Guest Services Coordinator - What experience do I need ?- You must have some experience of working with a luxury brand in customer services - preferably within the travel industry.
- Perhaps you have previously worked in a call centre or travel agent or tour operator.
- You will have a passion for travel and great worldwide destination knowledge and your communication skills will be outstanding.
- If you have a second language as well as English (French, German, or Spanish) that would be advantageous.
Guest Services Coordinator - What else do I need to know?This is a brilliant company to be part of; the training and working conditions are fabulous - the hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 with one or two Saturdays a month with a day off in lieu. £23k plus bonus paid quarterly - OTE £26k 25 days holiday, pension, private healthcare, cruise discounts after a qualifying period, free parking, modern offices.
This role is office based in Southampton 3 days a week and 2 days from home.
