Sales Team Leader - What will I be doing ?
As a Sales Team Leader, you'll inspire and lead Customer Service Consultants, focusing on exceptional service and performance goals. Your guidance, coaching, and motivation will drive team members to meet revenue targets and role-specific aims. Working closely with the Customer Service Manager - Sales and the broader Leadership Team, you'll manage workloads effectively and innovate for customer satisfaction.
Experience Required:
- Proven sales success with exceptional customer service in a dynamic, target-driven setting within the travel industry
- Familiarity with Galileo or similar GDS systems and computer booking platforms.
- Knowledge of computer booking systems, preferably in travel
- Strong communication skills for fostering relationships across diverse teams.
- Training proficiency to equip team members with essential skills.
- Organizational skills for efficient workload management.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ideally, well-traveled with a real passion for this.
Sales Team Leader - What else do I need to know?
This is a hybrid role working 2 days a week in their wonderful offices in Hampshire. You will be working a variety of shifts to include some weekends. Salary is up to £29k plus commission and the following benefits as well as fam trips.
