Sales Support - Travel Industry
This incredible operator offer all variety of ski holidays and they are hiring a Sales Support Executive to support their sales team with queries from customers post booking. This is a 6 month contract with potential to become permanent.Sales Support - What will I be doing?Alongside supporting the sales team you will also work closely with the pre departure team and support business lead changes to guests that are due to travel.- You will be answering inbound guest amendments via email and live chat
- Working closely with your sales consultants to support accuracy and completion of bookings.
- Youi will be actioning cancellations and liaising with the overseas res team to obtain extra rooms for the sales team and relocations
- Working with the pre departure coordinator to ensure business lead changes are actioned
Sales Support - What experience do I need?The role needs someone with a passion for travel and customer service, who enjoys dealing with people - both inside and outside the business.- Passion/Interest for travel and the travel industry
- Hard working, with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of travelling or resort based experience (desirable)
- Committed to providing excellent customer service
- A good telephone manner with good communication skills
- Professional, friendly, approachable and a good team player
Sales Support - What else do I need to know?There is a lot we can write here - this business are fantastic to work for. The salary is £23k with a great benefits package to include 25 days holiday pro rata plus half price holidays, fam trips to resort, health care cash plan, incentives, store discounts, ....it's a great place to work and they are hiring right now!! The role is based 2 days in their office in Hampshire and 3 days from home with all equipment provided. They are also looking for remote workers across the South of England
