Finance Operations Manager - What will I be doing?

• Line management responsibility for Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable team.
  Accountability for management of AP & AR ledgers
  Development of AP & AR processes with focus on efficiency and utilising technology to minimise manual tasks
  Involvement in establishing new working practices
  Lead relationship with outsourcing partner including identification of new processes to be outsourced
  Responsible for all physical and virtual card accounts for the business.
  Responsible for Internal Control processes and documentation within AP & AR area
  Timely provision of information for internal and external audit.
  Execution of payment runs

Finance Operations Manager - What experience do I need?

• Experience of managing AP and AR functions essential
  Evidence of managing and developing teams through coaching essential
  Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and policies essential
  Solid level of Excel knowledge essential
  Experience of a customer-centric service business where customer and supplier relationships are key is a distinct advantage
  Knowledge of SAP a benefit
  Experience of working in a multi-currency environment a benefit
