    Team Leader - What will I be doing?

    • Your time will be split between selling luxury long haul holidays to (mainly) the trade and taking responsibility for your small team's sales.
    • You will be there to lead by example and support the other consultants to be the best they can be.
    • You will be monitoring their progress and encouraging them to reach their KPIS through a mix of call monitoring, coaching and performance reviews.

    Team Leader - What experience do I need?

    • It is essential that you have worked selling long haul holidays previously and have come from a team leader / supervisory / assistant manager / branch manager background for a luxury travel business.
    • You will be an exceptional example to your team and have experience of bringing the best out of people.
    • It is essential that you have worked in a targeted travel sales environment before.


    Team Leader - additional information

    You will be based from home initially but as soon as it is safe will be working in the office fulltime on a 7 day a week rota working 37.5 hours a week - usually 3 out of 5 Saturdays and some Sundays across the year. The pay is good with a bonus scheme and the team are incredibly friendly and professional with lots of opportunity for you to grow with the business over time.
