Team Leader - Luxury Tour Operator
This very well respected and well established tour operator have gone through an expansion of their wonderful product over the last year and despite a challenging market have put in place a whole new team. Now they are looking for someone to lead it. Is that you?
Team Leader - What will I be doing?
Your time will be split between selling luxury long haul holidays to (mainly) the trade and taking responsibility for your small team's sales.
You will be there to lead by example and support the other consultants to be the best they can be.
You will be monitoring their progress and encouraging them to reach their KPIS through a mix of call monitoring, coaching and performance reviews.
Team Leader - What experience do I need?
It is essential that you have worked selling long haul holidays previously and have come from a team leader / supervisory / assistant manager / branch manager background for a luxury travel business.
You will be an exceptional example to your team and have experience of bringing the best out of people.
It is essential that you have worked in a targeted travel sales environment before.
Team Leader - additional information
You will be based from home initially but as soon as it is safe will be working in the office fulltime on a 7 day a week rota working 37.5 hours a week - usually 3 out of 5 Saturdays and some Sundays across the year. The pay is good with a bonus scheme and the team are incredibly friendly and professional with lots of opportunity for you to grow with the business over time.
