This is a pivotal role in co-ordinating multiple stakeholders for this utilities business. Initially the role will be to support the Head of Regulatory Compliance (Water) and to put in place a structured, repeatable process; however, over time and as the business matures then the post-holder should expect to take a lead role in compiling and submitting applications.

Water Programme Co-ordinator - What Will I be doing?

  • You will support the Water team in developing a process for the submission of application documentation
  • You will own and maintain the NAV tracker to ensure that inbound and outbound information is actioned
  • You will act as the key point of contact, supporting customers (third party construction companies) with all NAV application queries or questions
  • Liaise with incumbent water companies and industry regulators concerning NAV applications
  • Ensure that information and documents relating to NAV site development is provided/obtained and recorded according to key KPIs
  • Be responsible for team email account(s) relating to NAV site developments; respond to incoming emails and be responsible for forwarding and monitoring inbound communication
  • Produce KPI and MI reports for the Water Management team, the Executive team, and Company Board.

Water Programme Co-ordinator - What Experience do I need?

As the Water Programme Co-ordinator, the following skills and experience are essential:

  • You will have experience of working within the utility or construction industry although experience obtained in a similar industry may be considered
  • You will have successfully supported multiple tasks and stakeholders, dealing with competing priorities and working to tight deadlines, ensuring projects and programmes are delivered on time.
  • You will have the ability to effectively identify, map and engage with stakeholders, including to brief upwards to senior management of Risks and Project flows
  • You will have working knowledge and skills in using tracking documents to maintain visibility and transparency for all stakeholders.
  • You will have proven strong engagement and communication skills and be comfortable with questioning of information where needed.
  • You will be adaptable to changing circumstances, and working in the grey, whilst remaining calm and maintaining performance.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence
  • Proven IT skills, ability to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

The following skills and experience are desirable:

  • You will have coordinated multiple internal and external stakeholder requirements and inputs in a fast-paced environment to ensure project and programme outcomes are delivered
  • Experience in scrutinising plans, testing assumptions, and identifying delivery risks and issues and reacting accordingly.

This is ideally an office-based role in Leatherhead, full time. Hybrid working is a possibility. If you do live further afield then remote working may be possible if you have all the skills and experience desired. the company are offering a good base salary plus bonus and excellent benefits package.

    This role is a Monday - Friday 9 - 5 role and is based in the office in Surrey / Greater London.     • You will be working in their fabulous offices in Hampshire 2 days a week and the rest from home. The offices have terrific facilities.

    • The main requirement is a terrific attitude to working with customers over the phone - you must be self-motivated, passionate about service and sales and be ready to inspire customers to book their holiday with you.
    • If you have been a seasonal worker in ski resorts in whatever capacity then great, or perhaps you just love skiing.
    • However if you have not skied before but are just really keen to work in a customer sales environment with a passion for travel ( perhaps you studied leisure and tourism ) then we want to hear from you. You may have worked in a call centre in sales but now want to sell something a bit more exciting.

    Reservations Agents - Ski - Additional Info

    There is a lot we can write here - as well as a basic salary you will earn commission on the bookings you make - the OTE for a permanent member of staff over the year is between £23k - £25k. There is a vibrant social committee lots of ad hoc incentives, ....it's a great place to work and they are hiring right now!! The role is based 2 days in their office in Hampshire and 3 days from home with all equipment provided.
