Travel Consultant - Luxury Cruise Operator

This travel business is unique, from their product, to their ethos to the benefits that they offer their employees. Private healthcare, excellent pension, lots of annual leave, great bonuses...we could go on. They are looking for a Travel Consultant to sell specialist tours to their discerning clients.

Travel Consultant - What will I be doing?

  • Your primary role is to sell specialist tours directly to the public and agents.
  • You are the first point of contact for the business.
  • You will be delivering the highest possible level of service at all times
  • You will be using your product knowledge to cross sell products
  • You will process amendments and deal with any issues.
  • There is an opportunity for you to attend travel exhibitions and road shows providing an excellent first impression of the business.
  • You will be supporting the rest of the team with its administration

Travel Consultant - What experience will I need ?

  • It is essential that you have worked in the travel industry selling holidays ideally for a tour operator or cruise operator
  • Ideally you will be used to working in the luxury market
  • It is essential that you are passionate about giving the customer the best possible level of service

Travel Consultant - What else do I need to know?
You will be working Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 with Saturdays on a rota basis
