This is a crucial role for this unique business where you will be supporting and providing administrative assistance to the Chief Commercial Officer, Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Sales Operations team. You will assist in the management of their extensive client and customer list, coordinating diaries, and provide general admin assistance. It will be a varied role and the business offer a fast paced, professional and fun environment where good performance is rewarded.

Commercial Team Administrator - What will I be doing ?

  • You will be at the heart of the management of the team's actions from internal and external meetings, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are managed - this is for very senior members of the organisation as well as the sales team
  • Book and arrange travel, accommodation, meeting rooms, business lunches/dinners etc
  • Collate and file expenses
  • Collate relevant documentation ahead of meetings, presentations and conferences ensuring the team are well-prepared for meetings
  • Generate sales and marketing performance metrics from their CRM
  • Organise & Manage corporate hospitality, events & gifts
  • Manage databases and digital filing systems
  • Compile and produce reports, presentations and correspondence using Microsoft office suite, ensuring production & review ahead of customer meetings
  • Manage basic marketing activities, including social media presence and liaising with external agencies
  • General and adhoc administrative support to the sales team and Chief Commercial Officer
  • Assist in the documentation of the Commercial team Processes, including the production of training materials if required

Commercial Team Administrator - What experience do I need

  • Proven experience as an administrator within a fast-paced sales environment is essential
  • High Level of discretion, diplomacy and trustworthiness
  • Calm & efficient under pressure
  • Self-motivated self-starter, able to work without supervision
  • Flexible and adaptable in approach to work
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Intermediate Microsoft Excel
  • Numerate and confident with sales numbers and reporting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management, people & time management, and problem-solving skills

    • You will have worked in a fast-paced environment where on-time delivery and attention to detail are important Resilience: you will be able to adapt to changing circumstances and adverse situations whilst remaining calm, reassuring others and maintaining performance
      You are able to lead some tasks in an environment of uncertainty and continual change.
