This well-established, reputable Health team are looking for an efficient, experienced administrator to join their lovely team in Dorking. If you have experience of working in a similar role, are meticulously organised, a talented multi-tasker and have excellent communication and systems skills we would love to hear from you.

Administrator - What will I be doing?

  • You will be providing support and co-ordinate the activity for the Team.
  • This will involve liaising with members of the clients' teams, external physicians, counsellors, and therapists to ensure the efficient operation of the service.
  • A large part of your day will be the diary management of the team and the processing of confidential medical information.
  • You will also receive telephone calls and resolve enquiries as well as review existing procedures and help implement streamlined working practices.
  • You will contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of efficient administrative systems as directed by the manager of the service to meet Service Level Agreements.


Administrator - What experience do I need?

  • It is essential that you have experience of working in a similar role where you have been involved in delivering a highly efficient administrative support service.
  • You must be able to demonstrate success in a role where you have been multi-tasking in a busy environment involving extensive diary management
  • It is essential that are proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite of systems to include excel and SharePoint
  • This role requires high levels of discretion and confidentiality so previous experience of working in a similar environment perhaps in a medical field is desirable.


Administrator - What else do I need to know?

This role will be 2.5 days at the end of week 08.30 - 4.30 Benefits include a bonus, 5 weeks paid holiday pro rata and subsidised parking. The team are friendly, professional, and welcoming.

    Their office is in London, but they are happy for this person to be based from home if they live too far to commute everyday but being able to come in frequently would be good. The hours are between 08.30 - 6 on a shift basis with half a day at a weekend every other week but this will become less as the team grows. The salary is competitive, 25 days holiday and a lovely supportive team.     We are working with one of the leading Field Sports agencies in the UK who have been established for over 45 years. They have built their reputation by providing outstanding sport, backed up by a highly efficient and personal level of service. They are looking for an Event Co-ordinator to join the team.

    Event Co-ordinator - What will I be doing?

    You will be liaising with clients and internal personnel to ensure all the details of events are arranged efficiently and all aspects of the administrative process regarding the planning and booking of events days are completed.

    This will include all related administration to include issuing invoices, building relationships with suppliers, processing and creating itineraries, applying for permits and much more.

    Event Co-ordinator - What experience do I need?

    It is essential that you have worked with discerning clients previously.
    You will be meticulously organised, have a great sense of urgency and experience of organising events together with the administrative support.

    Event Co-ordinator What else do I need to know?

    This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 but from September - February longer hours are sometimes needed. It is an office-based role. This is a lovely business, and the work is a great challenge and very interesting. This is a unique role.
