Pricing Analyst - Graduate Opportunity

This is a fabulous opportunity for a recent graduate to join a well-established business in the utilities / energy sector within the Pricing Department as a Pricing Analyst. It is a hugely exciting time for the Pricing Department with a number of new developments in 2022

Pricing Analyst - What will I be doing?

  • You will produce quotes for asset acquisition using financial models
  • You will liaise with customers and internal Account Managers to enable quote provision and acceptance
  • You will handle both customer and internal queries around AV quotations and ESP's asset adoption processes
  • You will manage quotes using Dynamics 365 and accept quote contracts
  • You will need to produce standard reports and analysis to support quote creation and approval
  • There will also be some regulatory and fund reporting

Pricing Analyst -What skills and experience do I need?

  • You will ideally be a recent graduate with a good degree and some commercial work experience
  • You will want to work in a financial setting
  • You will be results focused, commercially and financially astute with an excellent sense of business acumen
  • You will be highly numerate with acute attention to detail and some understanding of financial modelling
  • You will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • You will be want to learn and be inquisitive by nature
  • You will be a great communicator able to communicate to key stakeholders at all levels within and outside the business
  • You will be a competent user of MSOffice - Excel is a must, ideally advanced user

  • This role is office based

    Part Time Accountant
    This is a permanent role working for a lovely local accountancy practice with a high volume of work on the tax return side. They are well established and are a very friendly team working in lovely offices in central Dorking. The role is hybrid.

    Accountant - What will I be doing?

    • The majority of your time will be spent completing tax returns and accounts for individuals, trusts and partnerships.
    • There is also opportunity to prepare limited company accounts and corporation tax returns.

    • You must have experience of working in a practice completing self-assessment tax returns
    • You must be a great communicator as you will be regularly speaking to clients.

    Accountant - What else do I need to know?
    This role can be working flexible hours between 20 - 30 per week but must be carried out over a minimum of 4 days a week, with 2 of those being in the office in Dorking. The salary is dependent on experience, but the range is between £33 - £40k FTE
