Luxury Travel Sales Associate

OTE £35k - £40k

This business is the first social network for luxury homes, allowing members to rent homes to and from their friends and mutual connections. Think of them as the LinkedIn for luxury holiday homes. 

Luxury Travel Sales Associate - what will I be doing? 

  • This business are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who is keen to jump into a fast growing start up. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales processes and a passion to engage directly with our members. As such, this role requires a self-starter who can anticipate and quickly act upon incoming leads and requests.
  • The Sales Associate will be a key contributor in providing guests with a personal and efficient experience from start to finish in booking their holidays and developing on-going relationships. Alongside this there will be direct communication with homeowners to confirm and clarify specific details.
  • You will act as the first point of contact to members via email, instant chat and phone with the objective of assisting them in their requirements when booking a holiday home.
  • You will gather key information about the guest to understand their needs and accurately match these to the appropriate homeowners and homes?£?
  • You will also carry out all related administration and invoicing
  • This is a target based role so you will be working towards personal and team orientated targets

Luxury Travel Sales Associate ; what experience do I need ?

  • You will be a graduate with a minimum of a 2.1 and have experience of working in a high end client facing role previously.
  • You will have  familiarity with sales processes and maintaining a pipeline
  • Impeccable attention to detail and passion for processes is essential as is a positive attitude and emotional IQ 
  • Experience with a luxury brand or within the travel industry is preferred

Luxury Travel Sales Associate - Additional Information: 

  • You will be paid a good basic salary plus commission - OTE £35k - £40k
  • Hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 6 but you will be expected to respond to these clients out of hours if necessary
  • 25 days holiday

    Their office is in London, but they are happy for this person to be based from home if they live too far to commute everyday but being able to come in frequently would be good. The hours are between 08.30 - 6 on a shift basis with half a day at a weekend every other week but this will become less as the team grows. The salary is competitive, plus bonuses, 25 days holiday and a lovely supportive team.     • You will be the first point for customers - both the direct public and trade agents, when they are calling or emailing in to enquire about booking cruises.
    • You will be helping them with their enquiry and using your excellent customer service and sales skills to convert this into a booking.

    Homeworking German Speaking Cruise Specialist - What experience do I need?

    • It is essential that you are bilingual in English and German
    • You must have outstanding customer service / sales skills - ideally within the travel industry .
    • You will have worked in a target driven, call centre environment previously where you are used to speaking to customers over the phone.
    • It is a fast paced, targeted environment and must be someone who enjoys working in a driven team who has the needs of the customer at the heart of all they do.

    Homeworking German Speaking Cruise Specialist - What experience do I need?

    The hours are on a shift system between 08.30am - 8pm and you must be able to work across weekends on a rota too. (No later than 6/6.30 on a weekend) There is a host of benefits - private healthcare, good pension, good salary plus commission, Average OTE £23k - £24k but higher earnings achievable, 25 days holiday, career opportunities, discounted cruises. This is a homebased role and you must have a high speed internet connection.

    You will be working with marketing to develop ways to increase revenue
    You will be working with the trade to maintain and enhance sales
    You will handle all enquiries through to the booking stage when the process is handed over to the guest services team.

    Luxury Ski Chalet Sales Specialist - What Experience do I need ?

    It is essential that you have experience in selling luxury ski holidays /chalets.
    You must have a proven track record in sales
    You will have experience of going above and beyond for customers putting them at the heart of everything you do. You will be working remotely and the only person handling sales enquiries most of the time, so it is essential that you are able to respond quickly and efficiently to all enquiries.

    Luxury Ski Chalet Sales Specialist - Additional Information
    This is a remote role and the hours are to be confirmed but it will definitely involve some weekends and evenings so you will need to be able to be flexible with your time. This is a part time role but will have potential to grow as the business does.
