With the world opening up again, an exciting new role has become available for a Senior PR Account Executive to join this marketing and media relations team in Central London. You would be working within a small, dynamic agency. The role is appropriate for an experienced Senior Account Executive in the travel, food and lifestyle sectors looking for a position that offers great opportunity and career progression.

Senior PR Account Executive - What will I be doing?

  • You will be giving account management support for a mix of global client accounts
  • You will have ownership of specific projects / PR campaigns for UK and international launches
  • You will be involved in a lot of creative writing and the management of social media campaigns
  • You will work on monthly reports for each client as well as press release and newsletter writing
  • When we are able you will support on industry and consumer events - both media and trade
  • You will also be involved in travel logistics for team, media and clients

Senior PR Account Executive - What experience do I need?

  • You will be a graduate in a relevant subject with PR experience in the travel and lifestyle sector
  • A solid network of key contacts within travel and lifestyle media, in both print and online are required
  • This is a fun fast paced environment so you must have the ability to multi-task and a confidence to deliver
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • A Second language would be an advantage
  • Confidence in speaking and presenting in public
  • Ability to travel

    Email Marketing Specialist - What will I be doing?

    • You will be part of a global team with a flat hierarchy that works collaboratively on major campaigns and projects that span across marketing disciplines and therefore you will have ample opportunities to be exposed to other areas of our marketing mix. Where needed we will provide full training.
    • Your main responsibility will be to perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, end-to-end execution of email communications, building and coding email campaigns, database selection, scheduling, testing and deployment of one-time, recurring and triggered campaigns through the ESP platform
    • You will troubleshoot technical issues related to HTML templates, list segmentation, email opt-outs and other aspects of email execution
    • You will also execute A/B tests with the Marketing Analytics team.
    • You will have the opportunity to champion continuous evolution of their email marketing programme in areas such as content development and marketing automation.


    Email Marketing Specialist - What experience do I need?

    • It is essential that you have experience of creating and executing email campaigns using Cheetah Digital or comparable email marketing software.
    • You must have proven success managing, programming, and deploying HTML-based email marketing campaigns.
    • Proficient experience using HTML and CSS for email marketing.
    • Ability to read and code emails to ensure proper rendering across devices as well as proper URL tracking and tagging within email templates.
    • Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial and working alongside the Operations team, this role is varied and involves preparing and issuing tickets using Amadeus, processing reissues and refunds together with many other responsibilities.

    Aviation & Operations Executive - What will I be doing?

    • You will be preparing and issuing tickets using Amadeus
    • processing reissues and refunds,
    • generating reports,
    • updating relevant departments with airline offers
    • You will also be the first point of contact for quotes, rate & fare rule queries etc..
    • You will also be processing booking confirmations and invoices and liaising with overseas ground handlers

    Aviation & Operations Executive - What experience do I need?

    It is essential that you are highly proficient in using Amadeus including booking, pricing and ticketing

    • Familiar with BSP regulations & reporting
    • You must have a strong understanding of fares and airline rules

    Aviation & Operations Executive - Additional Information

    Hours are to be discussed, which will include some Saturdays but will probably be 22 hours a week. This will be part week home based and part week in their lovely London office when they are able.

    Additional hours maybe requested during peak periods and for additional cover.

    This is a great role for an experienced accountant who has practice experience to join a small, friendly, professional team. Full term preferable but 30 hours considered.

    Accountant - What will I be doing ?

    • The role is a hybrid of personal tax return work and accounts preparation, weighted towards tax return work approximately 60:40.

    Accountant - What experience do I need?

    • It is essential that you have worked in practice previously and have managed a high volume of personal tax return work as well as small business' accounts preparation
    • Experience of trust tax returns would also be preferable.


    Accountant - What else do I need to know ?
    Everyone is currently working from home but a return to the office is anticipated from June whereby it will be a mix of office based work and remote working 3 days / 2 days. Hours are 9 - 5.30 or 8.30 - 5. There is potential for this role to become a permanent role.
