This highly successful fast paced, fast growing travel business are looking for experienced Travel Industry Pre Travel Customer Service agents to join them immediately. There is a high chance this could lead to longer term contracts / opportunities.

Pre-Travel Customer Service Agents - What will I be doing ?

  • You will be based remotely for now speaking to customers via phone, email and live chat assisting them with any pre-travel queries or issues they may have.
  • You will be using your exceptional customer service skills to do all you can to answer their questions and solve any problems in the most efficient way.
  • You will be working with a supportive team in a very fast paced environment.


Pre-Travel Customer Service Agents - What experience do I need ?

  • It is essential that you have worked in a similar role previously, so you must have worked in Customer Services within the travel industry in a fast paced call centre.
  • You will be a fantastic communicator putting the customer at the heart of everything
  • You will be used to dealing with high volumes of queries and will work well under pressure


Pre-Travel Customer Service Agents - What else do I need to know?

We are being very flexible on location so you will be working remotely. It's a 37.5 hour week and the shifts are between 08.45am and 8pm with some weekend work too between 9 - 5.30. The team are supportive, fun and this could lead to great opportunities down the line....

This is a really important role where you will be supporting their customers who are in financial difficulty. You will be an empathetic listener to the customer and will help them find suitable solutions to support them.

    Collections Contact Centre Advisor - What will I be doing?

     

    • You will be joining a supportive team of advisors who receive incoming calls mainly from customers in arrears.
    • You will be offering customers appropriate solutions and guidance on their options
    • You will be helping to negotiate affordable payment plans with customers
    • There will also be an element of outbound calling to.


    Collections Contact Centre Advisor - What experience do I need ?

    • Ideally you will have worked in a call centre environment before and used to dealing with a high volume of calls.
    • You must have excellent communication skills and be empathetic and a good listener
    • You will have a positive and enthusiastic approach to your work and will need to have resilience as some of these calls can be challenging
    • You will need to have Maths and English GCSE or equivalent at grades A-C
    • You will be computer literate and have good numeracy skills


    Collections Contact Centre Advisor - What else do I need to know?

    The starting salary for this role is £19,000 plus there is a significant quarterly bonus and great benefits scheme.

    There is full training which is excellent and opportunities to progress. The shifts are: Week 1 - 9am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday with half an hour unpaid break. Week 2 - 12pm to 8pm Monday to Friday with one hour unpaid break plus Saturday 9am to 2pm. Everyone is currently working from home once they have completed training but this might change to a hybrid model in the future.

    Executive Assistant - What will I be doing?

    • Primarily your role is to support the CEO with a range of administrative tasks as well as running their diary.
    • A big part of your role will be to create Powerpoint presentations supporting with pitches for projects as well as using Excel to ensure facts and figures and in place for key meetings
    • You will also be responsible for the support in the running of the office so there will be some Office Manager duties.

    Tour Consultant / Key Account Manager - What will I be doing?

    • You will be tailor making itineraries for educational settings in line with the course that their students are studying. Every tour is bespoke with each client having different needs
    • You will be generating accurate tour costings
    • Liaising with suppliers / colleagues to negotiate and confirm travel, accommodation and visit requirements
    • Ensuring all tours are completed within set budgets and client payments are received in the agreed time frames
    • You will develop "life-long" relationships with both client and supplier


    Tour Consultant / Key Account Manager - What experience do I need?

    • Ideally you will have an understanding of the needs of educational settings' trips with proven experience and full understanding of delivering exceptional customer service
    • Ideally advanced knowledge of the School Travel Market
    • Destination knowledge in particular Europe.
    • Ability to resolve problems, work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Ability to work as under own initiative, and essentially as part of a wider team
    • Analytical skills
    • IT literate and knowledge of Microsoft products
    • Ability to follow procedures and willingness to enhance them
    • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload and be highly organised
    • Commercial & financial awareness and be numerate

    Tour Consultant / Key Account Manager - Additional Information:
    This role is a Monday - Friday 9 - 5 role and can either be based in the office in Surrey / Greater London or can be remote for the right person.
