This highly successful fast paced, fast growing travel business are looking for experienced Travel Industry Pre Travel Customer Service agents to join them immediately. There is a high chance this could lead to longer term contracts / opportunities.
Pre-Travel Customer Service Agents - What will I be doing ?
You will be based remotely for now speaking to customers via phone, email and live chat assisting them with any pre-travel queries or issues they may have.
You will be using your exceptional customer service skills to do all you can to answer their questions and solve any problems in the most efficient way.
You will be working with a supportive team in a very fast paced environment.
Pre-Travel Customer Service Agents - What experience do I need ?
It is essential that you have worked in a similar role previously, so you must have worked in Customer Services within the travel industry in a fast paced call centre.
You will be a fantastic communicator putting the customer at the heart of everything
You will be used to dealing with high volumes of queries and will work well under pressure
Pre-Travel Customer Service Agents - What else do I need to know?
We are being very flexible on location so you will be working remotely. It's a 37.5 hour week and the shifts are between 08.45am and 8pm with some weekend work too between 9 - 5.30. The team are supportive, fun and this could lead to great opportunities down the line....
