This business is the first social network for luxury homes, allowing members to rent homes to and from their friends and mutual connections. Think of them as the LinkedIn for luxury holiday homes.
They have quickly grown to have over 1,500 homes located in over 50 countries; every single one in a beautiful location.
This small yet savvy team is primarily based in London, with a few scattered across various parts of the world. They are a fast-paced bunch located in a bright, relaxed work space in central London . With frequent doggie visitors and beer and pizza nights they don't shy away from the "start-up" culture.
Luxury Travel Sales Associate - what will I be doing?

This business are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter who is keen to jump into a fast growing start up. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of sales processes and a passion to engage directly with our members. As such, this role requires a self-starter who can anticipate and quickly act upon incoming leads and requests.

  • The Sales Associate will be a key contributor in providing guests with a personal and efficient experience from start to finish in booking their holidays and developing on-going relationships. Alongside this there will be direct communication with homeowners to confirm and clarify specific details.
  • You will act as the first point of contact to members via email, instant chat and phone with the objective of assisting them in their requirements when booking a holiday home.
  • You will gather key information about the guest to understand their needs and accurately match these to the appropriate homeowners and homes
  • Confirm key information with homeowners in order to provide accurate availability, the best available rates and personal services
  • You will also carry out all related administration and invoicing
  • This is a target based role so you will be working towards personal and team orientated targets


Luxury Travel Sales Associate ; what experience do I need ?

  • You will be a graduate with a minimum of a 2.1 and have experience of working in a high end client facing role previously.
  • You will have familiarity with sales processes and maintaining a pipeline
  • Impeccable attention to detail and passion for processes is essential as is a positive attitude and emotional IQ
  • Experience with a luxury brand or within the travel industry is preferred


Luxury Travel Sales Associate - Additional Information:

You will be paid a good basic salary plus commission - OTE £35k
Hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 6 but you will be expected to respond to these clients out of hours if necessary
25 days holiday
