This truly wonderful luxury travel business have established a reputation for delivering absolute excellence in everything they do. This role is pivotal to this. Reporting to the Head of Commercial and working alongside the Operations team, this role is varied and involves preparing and issuing tickets using Amadeus, processing reissues and refunds together with many other responsibilities.

Aviation & Operations Executive - What will I be doing?

  • You will be preparing and issuing tickets using Amadeus
  • processing reissues and refunds,
  • generating reports,
  • updating relevant departments with airline offers
  • You will also be the first point of contact for quotes, rate & fare rule queries etc..
  • You will also be processing booking confirmations and invoices and liaising with overseas ground handlers

Aviation & Operations Executive - What experience do I need?

It is essential that you are highly proficient in using Amadeus including booking, pricing and ticketing

  • Familiar with BSP regulations & reporting
  • You must have a strong understanding of fares and airline rules

Aviation & Operations Executive - Additional Information

Hours are to be discussed, which will include some Saturdays but will probably be 22 hours a week. This will be part week home based and part week in their lovely London office when they are able.

Additional hours maybe requested during peak periods and for additional cover.

    Supplier Relocations Manager - what will I be doing ?

    • You will have ultimate responsibility for ensuring that customers are notified of a hotel relocation within reasonable time.
    • You will be responsible for all processes & policies, making effective suggestions for change to improve the customer experience for those that are no longer able to stay in their hotel of choice
    • You will work closely with their Suppliers to ensure they deliver against agreed SLAs
    • You will be supporting and developing the team to deliver exceptionally high-quality service on all processes performed


    Supplier Relocations Manager - What experience do I need ?

    • Travel industry experience is essential.
    • You will ideally have worked in an operational management position within travel where you have had great relationships with suppliers and led a team to reach kpis in resolving issues.
    • Previous in experience in handling overbookings and relocations is essential
    • Perhaps you have been an Operations Manager, an Overseas Manager, Customer Operations Manager, In Resort Manager..
    • You will have experience of leading a team to achieve kpis in performance and have a real customer experience focus.
    • You will be working with many other internal departments to make sure things are resolved


    Supplier Relocation Manager - What else do I need to know?
    This is a 6 months contract. The team and business is a friendly, hardworking, fun, fast paced environment.

    Luxury Ski Chalet Sales Specialist - What will I be doing?

    You will be working remotely handling all incoming enquires through phone, email and live chat
    You will be working with marketing to develop ways to increase revenue
    You will be working with the trade to maintain and enhance sales
    You will handle all enquiries through to the booking stage when the process is handed over to the guest services team.

    Luxury Ski Chalet Sales Specialist - What Experience do I need ?

    It is essential that you have experience in selling luxury ski holidays /chalets.
    You must have a proven track record in sales
    You will have experience of going above and beyond for customers putting them at the heart of everything you do. You will be working remotely and the only person handling sales enquiries most of the time, so it is essential that you are able to respond quickly and efficiently to all enquiries.

    Luxury Ski Chalet Sales Specialist - Additional Information
    This is a remote role and the hours are to be confirmed but it will definitely involve some weekends and evenings so you will need to be able to be flexible with your time. This is a part time role but will have potential to grow as the business does.

    Homeworking German Speaking Cruise Specialist - What experience do I need?

    The hours are on a shift system between 08.30am - 8pm and you must be able to work across weekends on a rota too.
