Business Travel Consultant - What will I be doing ?

Working from home or in the London office, you will be set up with the best technology and training to provide exceptional levels of service to travellers and travel bookers.
You will be using your German and English
You will be focused on building these relationships whilst providing a 'high-touch' service that saves clients time and drives down their total cost of travel.
Service is everything here so everything will be tailored to each client's specific need.
You will be delivering cost effective solutions across all aspects of travel as well as advising on relevant Passport and Visa requirements

Business Travel Consultant - What experience do I need?

It is essential that you have experience in a Business Travel Consultant role with exceptional levels of customer service.
You must be fluent in German and English
You must be proficient in either Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus as well as have Fares and Ticketing qualifications
You will be managing your own ticket issuance for both air and Eurostar and will be able to calculate your own reissues
This pace is fast and you must be comfortable working under pressure.
We are looking for team players who really care about what they do and put the customer at the heart of everything.

Business Travel Consultant - What else do I need to know?
This is a full-time role working from home or from the London office. The opening hours are from 8.30-6.00 - it is a standard 37.5 hour working week so 3 shift patterns 0830-1700/0900-1730/0930-1800. As well as a competitive basic salary there are quarterly sales incentives, private health and dental care, life assurance, good holiday allowance with the ability to buy more holiday and more … They have a fabulous reputation and at a time when we have all been waiting for corporate travel to return this is a terrific business to join.

    Groups Flight Manager

    This ambitious, independent travel business is entering into an exciting period of growth and are looking for an experienced Groups Flight Manager to join them. You can be based anywhere in the UK and work remotely.

    Groups Flight Manager - What will I be doing ?

    • You will be the first point of contact for their corporate travel clients for all group flight bookings and will manage these relationships.
    • You will be putting together client proposals
    • You will be making group air bookings for between 25 - 250 people
    • there may be times where you have to travel with clients

    Groups Flight Manager - What experience do I need ?

    • You must have experience of booking Groups flights on either Amadeus or Galileo
    • we are looking for an exceptional team player who works well collaboratively and gives outstanding service to the clients
    • You must be able to issue flight tickets
    • You are extremely IT savvy - you are competent in using the full range of Microsoft Office products (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word), online meeting tools (E.g., Teams and Slack) as well as web-based sharing tools (E.g., Google Docs)

    Groups Flight Manager - What else do I need to know ?

    This is a remote role, or you could be based in one of their two offices in London or Kent

    They are a great team - their people are well looked after and supported. They are very ambitious as a business and are presently incredibly busy as Corporate Travel makes its return
