No day will ever be the same in this job! This fabulous independent Travel Management Business have an exceptionally successful groups and events department and they need an experienced Groups and Events Consultant to join this exceptionally busy team.



Groups and Events Consultant - What will I be doing? 

  • You will be developing and maintaining fantastic client relationships through the delivery of great service and by doing so, contributing to the overall success of the Groups and Events team.
  • You'll be the first point of contact for all clients concerning enquiries.
  • You will ensure turnaround times are met and that information provided to clients is accurate
  • Putting together client proposals will be a bit part of the role - always ensuring that proposals are relevant, accurate, commercially viable and stand out. You must have outstanding destination knowledge worldwide.
  • This role involves several trips  that will need you to escort the groups for several days abroad.
  • You will be booking groups from 20 - 30 up to 600 people to worldwide destinations including booking flights, rail, hotels and all ground travel.

Groups and Events Consultant - What experience do I need? 

  • It is essential that you have previous experience in travel working for either a tour operator or travel agent and that you have strong GDS knowledge
  • You will have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • You must be able to travel with clients  as required by the business, sometimes at short notice
  • You need to be IT savvy

    Workforce Management Analyst

    This thriving global business in the wellness space are looking for a Workforce Management Analyst to join them. You would be owning all things related to contact centre staffing, and will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, analysis, and delivery of contact centre staffing.

    Workforce Management Analyst- What will I be doing?

    • You would be owning all things related to contact centre staffing, and will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, analysis, and delivery of contact centre staffing
    • You will be accountable for consistently reviewing data to provide insight and develop strategies to optimize contact centre staffing.
    • You will provide recommendations for staffing adjustments to meet business objectives, identify trends in scheduling needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Provide staffing requirements for multiple campaigns, with a mix of cross-skilled and single skilled service advisors
    • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports with analysis of contact centre schedules wins and losses, along with any recommendation for improvement

    Workforce Management Analyst - What experience do I need?

    • Ideally you will be degree educated and it is essential that you have solid experience of Contact Centre scheduling.
    • You will have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
    • An additional fluent European language would be advantageous. *
    • Strong IT skills. Comprehensive and advanced Excel skills knowledge (pivot tables, V & H look ups and macros)
    • Advance knowledge of call centre terminology and technology, including previous experience in data mining from ACD, WFM and CRM platforms (Avaya CMS, Cisco, Calario, Verint, inContact, Five9, Virtual Observer etc.)
