Aftersales Administrator - Travel

Do you love helping customers but equally enjoy being away from the phones? This is a really varied role where you will be multi tasking and spinning lots of plates in a supportive role to the sales team.


Aftersales Administrator - what will you be doing ?

  • You will be sorting out any queries and amends after the bookings have been made and the holidays have been sold. People change their minds and travel plans need to change 0 you will be ensuring that all amends and documentation is accurate for the customer. 
  • You will be using a variety of systems to ensure everything is in place and liaising with suppliers on a day to day basis 
  • This is a terrifically varied role and you need to be able to spin a few plates at a time

Aftersales Administrator - what experience do I need? 

  • Impeccable attention to detail and passion for processes is essential
  • Experience within the travel industry is essential - perhaps you have worked in operations or after sales or customer service or sales previously for a tour operator or a travel agent

  • You will be paid a good salary
  • Hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 6 
  • 22 days holiday
