Head of E-Commerce - What will I be doing?
You will be reporting to the CMO working with a fast growing brand that already has some incredibly influential partnerships in place globally but they are just about to enter a critical period of development and here is where you come in:

  • Ultimately you are there to drive sales of the product through e-comm platforms
  • You will be championing e-commerce and identifying opportunities for new selling channels and approaches
  • You will be evaluating Amazon, eBay, etc advertising opportunities
  • You'll use paid socila media budget to grow sales across all social media platforms and communities
  • You will be regularly reviewing performance and analysing what is working and reporting on this (including sponsored brand / product / search analysis and DSP advertising)
  • You will be optimising e-comm marketing investment to maximise sales across all channels

Head of E-commerce Manager - What experience do I need?

  • You'll have an in-depth knowledge of the e-commerce landscape with a great understanding of all digital selling platforms and trends
  • Strong content ideation capability, great copy-writing skills

They are currently looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist / web administrator to join their Marketing team - this is more of a junior technical than a creative role. You will be helping to execute first class digital communications directly to their customers.

    Digital Marketing Specialist / Web Administrator - What will I be doing?

    • You will be managing content to drive engagement, community and convertible web traffic across a portfolio of websites.
    • You will develop and maintain (not write) the blog, media centre and content emailed to members.
    • You will be publishing all blog posts across 15 websites in multiple languages (not to write blogs)
    • Use MailChimp to send email newsletters/information to many segments
    • You will respond to SEO reporting and deliver required improvements
    • You will create and maintain the online media centre
    • You will undertake PR administration to facilitate digital/traditional media coverage
    • Audit product descriptions online and liaise with the copywriter

    Digital Marketing Executive / Web Administrator - What experience do I need ?

    • It is essential that you are expert in Wordpress and confident with editing HTML/CSS
    • Confident in use of Content Management Systems such as Contentful
    • Experience of MailChimp or similar email tools
    • Experience of PR, especially digital PR and work with influencers
    • Use of JotForm or similar
    • Passionate about SEO Education & Experience Essential
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
    • Technically capable and confident
    • Excellent written English
    • Work experience in digital administration
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • European language skills would be an advantage
    • Experience in video content creation and editing (Adobe Premiere) would be helpful

    • Comfortable working alongside developers, ideally within agile workflows. You will also be proficient in providing non-technical stakeholders with clear, concise and jargon-free recommendations.
    • A comprehensive knowledge of organic search engine optimisation, with considerable experience consulting on enterprise-level technical SEO projects.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of SEO tactics, and commitment to keep this up-to-date
    • Demonstrable experience consulting on website audits, backlinks and migrations
    • Absolute proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools - crawlers, link checkers, etc.
