We are working with one of the leading Field Sports agencies in the UK who have been established for over 45 years. They have built their reputation by providing outstanding sport, backed up by a highly efficient and personal level of service. They are looking for an Event Co-ordinator to join the team.

Event Co-ordinator - What will I be doing?

You will be liaising with clients and internal personnel to ensure all the details of events are arranged efficiently and all aspects of the administrative process regarding the planning and booking of events days are completed.

This will include all related administration to include issuing invoices, building relationships with suppliers, processing and creating itineraries, applying for permits and much more.

Event Co-ordinator - What experience do I need?

It is essential that you have worked with discerning clients previously.
You will be meticulously organised, have a great sense of urgency and experience of organising events together with the administrative support.

Event Co-ordinator What else do I need to know?

This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30 but from September - February longer hours are sometimes needed. It is an office-based role. This is a lovely business, and the work is a great challenge and very interesting. This is a unique role.

    • Ideally you have worked in the travel industry industry, preferably in the luxury field within a sales support capacity.
    • We are looking for someone who has a very high level of attention to detail, excellent customer care and is savvy with systems
    • You will have a good sense of urgency and be well organised and nothing will be too much trouble for the customer.

    Sales Support Executive - What else do I need to know?

    Their office is in London, but they are happy for this person to be based from home if they live too far to commute everyday but being able to come in frequently would be good. The hours are between 08.30 - 6 on a shift basis with half a day at a weekend every other week but this will become less as the team grows. The salary is competitive, 25 days holiday and a lovely supportive team.     Customer Resolutions Team Manger - What will I be doing?

    • You will have ultimate responsibility for ensuring that customers are notified of a hotel relocation within reasonable time.
    • You will take ownership of processes & policies, making effective suggestions for change, to improve the customer experience for those that are no longer able to stay in their hotel of choice.
    • You will work closely with Suppliers to ensure they deliver against agreed SLAs and business requirements.
    • You will lead a team of 15 (2 direct reports) and will support and develop them to deliver exceptionally high-quality service

    Customer Resolutions Team Manager - What experience do I need?

    • You must have great leadership experience in a similar environment from the travel industry.
    • You will ideally have experience dealing with hotel relocations / over bookings/ hotel closures
    • You must have solid experience dealing with customer issues within travel.

    Customer Resolutions Team Manager - What else do I need to know?
    This is a remote role, working across a shift system to include some weekends and some evening shifts in the week until 8pm. The business is ambitious so there is lots of opportunity. The team are energised, fun and fast paced - it's a great culture to be part of.
