Customer Service Call Centre Advisors - What will I be doing ?

  • You will be speaking to customers over the phone - all calls will be inbound
  • You will deal with queries or escalate any call that might need extra support
  • You will be given lots of training and will develop knowledge in products, procedures, policy, legislation, and technology.
  • You will be recording all data accurately into the system

Customer Service Call Centre - What experience do I need ?

  • A team player, whilst also being able to work autonomously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grades A-C
  • Previous call centre or call handling experience is desirable but not essential
  • Adequate computer literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Customer Service Call Centre Advisor - What else do I need to know?

This is currently a homebased role but the training will be in the office in Redhill for a minimum of 4 weeks and there is the possibility that the role will move to a part office based part home based role in the future. The company offer a great benefits package to include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, discounted private medical insurance, discount schemes plus more - the salary is £19k plus quarterly bonus. You must be able to work a 35 hour week between the hours of 8am - 6pm on a shift rota to also include a Saturday once a month.

    The hours are full time Monday to Friday - either 9 - 5.30pm or 9.30 - 6pm

    This is a full time office based role - you will not be required to do site visits
