Business Development Executive - German Speaking: What will I be doing?

  • This is a very varied role but the main part of your role will be to provide sales operations support for the sales team.
  • You will build relationships with travel partners across Europe, Middle East and Africa promoting any programs, initiatives and promotions ensuring the partners are fully trained and knowledgeable about the offers.
  • You will be speaking daily to travel partners across the world through outbound sales activities to assigned accounts
  • You will assist with proofing travel partners advertisements, flyers, e-news
  • Assist with travel partners problem solving, queries
  • You will coordinate and participate in Fam Trips
  • Manage stock of collateral and brochure requests

Business Development Executive - What Experience do I need?

  • It is essential that you are fluent in German and English
  • You will have a strong understanding of the travel industry and will have worked in a Sales and Marketing Environment.
  • You will be a strong communicator and have excellent pc skills

    Customer Support Consultant - What will I be doing?

    The Customer Support Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through a number of booking channels as well as the delivery of back office administrative processes. The role offers variety and is responsible for:

      • Managing and resolving requests from customers and colleagues promptly and effectively
      • Ensuring all customer, team queries and administrative tasks assigned are responded to in line with team KPI guidelines
      • Co-ordinating updates for Product and Ops Teams where necessary
      • Providing backup support to all Travel Consultants within the team
      • Process, administer and respond to queries via a variety of booking channels

        Customer Support Consultant - What experience do I need?
    • To be considered for this position you will ideally have travel industry sales/service experience
    • Ideally Galileo trained or similar GDS experience
    • Extensive travel experience
    • Excellent at multi-tasking
    • Effective planning, prioritising and organising of workload
    • Excellent administration skills
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

    This position requires a self-motivated team player whose primary focus is on the delivery of a smooth and efficient customer journey. A flexible attitude in the undertaking of all tasks is paramount as is accuracy and attention to detail.     • You will ideally have worked in a target driven, call centre environment previously where you are used to speaking to customers over the phone.
    • It is a fast paced, targeted environment and must be someone who enjoys working in a driven team who has the needs of the customer at the heart of all they do.

    Reservations Coordinator - Spanish Speaking - Additional Info

    The hours are on a shift system between 08.30am - 7pm and you must be able to work across weekends on a rota too.     Ideally you will have sold worldwide travel previously as a Travel Consultant however our client is really flexible on the background on the people that join them but you must be exceptionally well travelled with a real passion for this industry with a great sales aptitude.
    Your communication skills will be second to none, you will be enthusiastic, positive and articulate.
    Perhaps you have just completed your degree and have been lucky enough to also do lots of travelling?
    Perhaps you have worked in a call centre or sales role previously with a real passion for adventure travel?

    Travel Consultant / Customer Service Consultant - What else do I need to know?

    They pay a good salary plus bonus scheme - they are working to a hybrid model so you will be in the office 2 days a week but to begin with whilst trainign you are likely to be in the office full time for the first 1 - 2 months.
