An exciting data analyst position is available in an up-and-coming start-up in the luxury travel sector. The role will play a part in identifying the key metrics that will drive the business forward and will create the necessary reports and dashboards to distribute this information across the company. You will be instrumental in the decisions that drive the business forward.
 

Data Analyst - What will I be doing?

  • Reporting to the CTO, you will help establish a sound data analytics framework upon which the business can make data-driven decisions.
  • You will play a large part in identifying the key metrics that will drive the business forward and will create the necessary reports and dashboards to distribute this information across the company.
  • You will also maximise the use of the available data, finding insights on customer behaviour that will inform their product development roadmap, as well as segmentation and data model projects.


Data Analyst - What experience do I need?

  • You will need to have substantial commercial experience as a Data Analyst
  • Proficiency in modern analytics and database tools including SQL.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools.
  • A sound understanding of web metrics and behavioural analytics.
  • Experience with A/B testing ideal.
  • Experience working with AI and predictive modelling an advantage
  • You must be a self-motivated individual who can use their initiative to fulfil the business' data needs.
  • Good commercial acumen with an ability to understand business objectives.
  • A good communicator, capable of presenting complex information to a variety of audiences, both verbally and in writing.
  • Sharp critical thinking skills.
  • A champion of robust and accurate data.

    This is a brilliant time to join this business as they move into a new phase of development. You will based remotely but should be able to come to the office (Berkshire) twice a month.

    Email Marketing Specialist - What will I be doing?

    Email Marketing Specialist - What experience do I need?

    • It is essential that you have experience of creating and executing email campaigns using Cheetah Digital or comparable email marketing software.
    • You must have proven success managing, programming, and deploying HTML-based email marketing campaigns.
    • Proficient experience using HTML and CSS for email marketing.
    • Ability to read and code emails to ensure proper rendering across devices as well as proper URL tracking and tagging within email templates.
    • Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial and working alongside the Operations team, this role is varied and involves preparing and issuing tickets using Amadeus, processing reissues and refunds together with many other responsibilities.

    Aviation & Operations Executive - What will I be doing?

    • You will be preparing and issuing tickets using Amadeus
    • processing reissues and refunds,
    • generating reports,
    • updating relevant departments with airline offers
    • You will also be the first point of contact for quotes, rate & fare rule queries etc..
    • You will also be processing booking confirmations and invoices and liaising with overseas ground handlers

    Aviation & Operations Executive - What experience do I need?

    It is essential that you are highly proficient in using Amadeus including booking, pricing and ticketing

    • Familiar with BSP regulations & reporting
    • You must have a strong understanding of fares and airline rules

    Aviation & Operations Executive - Additional Information

    Hours are to be discussed, which will include some Saturdays but will probably be 22 hours a week. This will be part week home based and part week in their lovely London office when they are able.

    Additional hours maybe requested during peak periods and for additional cover.
